Elderly Centre Designer
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Talented individuals with Worldwide/China/Greater Bay Area/Hong Kong experience in one or more of the following fields:
1. Elderly Rehabilitation Apartment / Community Development Design
2. Elderly Rehabilitation Resort / Club Design
3. Elderly Nursing Home / Health Centre Design
Graduated with relevant academic qualifications
Have at least 5 years of interior design / project management experience
Strong in project management and communication with clients, consultants and contractors is a must
Be able to handle full set of design presentation; construction drawings with practical detailing & site co-ordination; FF&E selection etc.
Experience on site supervision and able to handle site management independently
Be able to work on CAD, 3D rendering, Photoshop and PowerPoint
Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Immediately available is preferred
