Requirements:
Education:
- Pursuing / Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information System, International Business or other business.
Qualifications:
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Knowledge and understanding of Fintech products and services.
- Ability to handle information professionally and confidentially.
- Proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, Online G-Sheets Reporting systems.
- Positive and patient.

Experience:
- 1+ years of experience required in sales role.
- Preferred background with Sales Role preferably for raw materials/ chemicals/ in food & petrochemicals industries.
- Experience of working in a corporate/business-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
- Research markets in assigned International/ regional areas to determine potential sales.
- Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Assess and analyze a prospect’s current process and requirements.
- Maintain well-organized, up to date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Online G- Sheets.
- Provide accurate and timely information as required to higher management.
- Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution to Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, stock & expense reports.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.
- Develop Sales Revenue by Increasing Market Shares and contently achieve Firm Goals through Sales Targets monthly basis.
- Organize Business Meeting efficiently (Online Or in person) for Sales, Market research & development Or To Finalize deals.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the export operations and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Proactive with management on Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Coordinating and maintaining Smooth Sales & after sales Operations
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
Salary: Starting 2000-2500AED Monthly depending on experience & performance.
Work Location: Julphar Office Tower, RAK, UAE
