What you will enjoy doing

• As a Fitter you will prepare and perform fitting - and welding -work packages as well as weld finishing operations according to drawings, isometrics, specifications, or other forms of work instructions
• You will be preparing and performing assembly of carbon steel and/or alloy steel-piping’s and -constructions as well as pressure vessel parts according to drawings, isometrics, specifications, or other forms of work instructions
• Further you will follow safety policies and procedures as outlined in the safety manual, use conventional and precision measuring instruments, instruct and direct work of others, as required
• Strict compliance to internal Branch rules and procedures and the work schedule established by the Branch, the ability to read product labels, safety warnings and guidelines, always attentive to detail and alert to ensure safety, full compliance with all applicable laws and Group guidelines will be part of your role
• Ensuring full and consistent implementation of the Branch's best management practices, ability to work successfully in a team and/or delegate tasks to Branch staff, acting with honesty, integrity and professionalism in all communications, actions and decisions taken is important in your position

What makes you great

• You have acquired one-year applicable fitting and welding experience

• Knowledge of working with metals (grinding, drilling, bending, fitting), knowledge of welding equipment, setting welding parameters and handling various filler metals simultaneously are appreciated

• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, Crane operator grade E (overhead crane with remote control) with valid certificate, forklift operator qualification, with valid certificate are needed for this role

• Good knowledge of both English and German is desirable
