- Planning and implementation of work schedules and programmes.
- Able to co-ordinate and supervise work programs and workers, manage contractors effectively to meet targets set by management.
- Perform any tasks / duties assigned by Estate manager or the Management.
Job Requirements:-
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Having experiences working with plantation company is an advantage.
- Additional monthly incentive plan will be given.

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
