Job Description:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate B2B leads
- Plan and implement SEO strategies to drive website traffic and increase search engine rankings
- Research advertising trends and competitors pricing and products
- Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
- Monitor project status
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns
- Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed
- Manage and grow our email marketing database and develop targeted email campaigns to drive leads
- Plan and manage PPC advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and leads
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, social media, and PPC advertising
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Trend, etc.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willing to work hybrid in our office in Sequis Tower, SCBD, Jakarta Selatan and ready to join as soon as possible!
