Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Air Export Assistant/ Air Export Executive
- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 1 pm – 10 pm, Sat 10 am – 2 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end air export operations, including receiving, packing, and labelling goods.
- Prepare necessary documentation required for air export, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Coordinate with airlines, trucking, warehouse staff, and other external parties to ensure smooth and timely freight operations.
- Utilize freight management systems to create, update, and monitor shipments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all air export transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to provide updates to customers about their shipments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Min GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Experience handling air-export documents is an added advantage.
- Willing to support overtime if required.
